Phoned twice.Starts as automated call saying your internet will be terminated and gives 2 options: press 1 to talk to an operator or 2 to be disconnected. My daughter answered the first call, didn't make an option and the line went dead. Second time, I answered and it said I was going to be disconnected today, so I pressed option 1, which connected me to a man claiming he was from Talk Talk. He said there was a problem with my server, but it was difficult for me to understand his accent and he spoke very quickly. When I queried the problem and asked for something in writing as I was struggling to understand him, he immediately hung up on me! Take my advice, just hang up on them first! I hate fraudsters!!!

Dangerous scam! Will tell you there are problems with your router and talk you through accessing administrative controls on your laptop to essentially grant them access to your home network and personal information. DO NOT follow their instructions. They may also have your talktalk account number

the caller gave a Greek name, said he was calling from the government of Turkmenistan and wanted to speak to our CEO. I'm guessing that if a government wants to speak to the CEO of a Fortune 500 company, they know better then to call the customer service department of a small country and ask for him
